SONY DSR 450 FLIGHT CASE
PINNACLE CUSTOM BUILT FLIGHTCASES
This flight case is used to carry DSR450 Camcorder. The camcorder will be placed on the removable tray in the carry case. There will be a provision for the other accessories at the bottom of the flight case. Three compartments at the base of the flight case carry AC Adapter / charger, Battery Pack & Battery charger.
Pinnacle Flight Case construction:
- Flight case can be made from three types of materials, Marine Wood, Plastic Honeycomb Panels OR Plastic Moonbox & Rigidised Aluminium sheets, Internals foam lined with any thickness as per the requirement a Hitlon foam, outer surface of 2mm thick antistatic rubber foam;
- Anodised Double Casemaker & Lid/ Base mating Aluminium Sections;
- Recessed Butterfly Imported Locks to lock the flight case,
- Recessed spring loaded flip heavy duty handles with 6/8mm Handle Grip to lift the flight case,
- Corner brackets 15 Micron nickel/ chrome plated as specified
- Ball Corners 15 microns Nickel/ chrome plated
- Avdel Multi grip rivets used in construction fully friction riveted backed by washers
- Castors where used will be mounted on 9/ 18mm running boards secured by SS fasteners and tiger claw nuts
- Swivel Castors of 4 inch Blue non-marking type where specified
- Piano Hinges of Stainless Steel or 15 micron Nickel / chrome plated Strut Hinge cum stay
- 19 inch rack Mounted trays with CNC punched ventilation and fitting holes, Powder Coated where specified.
